Replace toilet and repair driver side fender. Service manager quoted a price of $287. Then after installation called and stated the price was $615. Had a lengthly discussion and he lowered the price to $511, which was still unreasonable. The repair of the fender was covered under my insurance and it took approximately 3 weeks to be competed. Service manager could or would never provide an estimated date for parts arrival. After 2 weeks I had a rally to attend and I picked up the RV, that day they said the part was in. I tried to schedule a day for the work to be completed and they stated they don't schedule until the RV is in their shop. I would not recommend this dealer for service. Service personnel are very rude.

Adjust the slides on our 330RLTS Tech couldn't do the job.

Warranty Work. Adjusted 2 slides, replaced a defective seal on one slide, replaced defective water pump. All work was completed correctly and in a timely manner.
