Installed 2nd air conditioner, repaired a slide problem and repaired a cracked side wall. Outstanding job on installation. Got manufacturer to pay for repair of crack in sidewall even though trailer was out of warranty. Outstanding family owned dealership.

Worked with Fleetwood manufacturer on a factory defect on a Southwind coach that was out of warranty. White Horse Leisure facilitated the whole process and repaired the defect and workmanship issues under warranty. Also, the year before, the coach needed replacement of a control module for fridge that went bad right before a trip. Pete in service took care of this under warranty and diagnosed and replaced faulty part while I waited without an appointment. This was my first RV purchased at this dealer. I will purchase my next RV from this dealer. Excellent customer service. Also have had maintenance service performed at this shop and was pleased with service and fair pricing. Excellent facility and workmanship and very clean.
