NOT MUCH!! They had rig for 105 days out of first 313 days of ownership. Two AM/FM antennas were stolen from their locked lot, they refused to replace, saying "well, it happens"!! The repainted part of one side, the job was so poor that even one of the lot boys commented on it. They claim that the reason for the long time in their shop was waiting for parts, then we found out from the factory that the parts were never ordered!. Finally had to take it to the Newmar factory for repairs and repaint on the one side. They promised us, in writing, a free TV/VC if we attended an FMCA rally (we were vendors there) and if we bought before a certain date. Took getting the Washington AG's office involved to get it taken care of. They have NEVER given us copies of the warranty paperwork (a direct violation of state law). They even wrote a letter to the AG's office saying they would get it to us, now, almost a year later we still don't have it. I'm betting that they ordered items to reapir damage on other vehicles (a common thing on RV repairs when they damage a rig) and wrote it off to our rig. TERRIBLE!! The shop is not capable of doing any real repairs, only parts swapping, and that will probably need redoing!! They even left the wind stop off one of our slideout cover awnings. The only bright spot was the salesman, Norm Ramsey, knew his stuff and worked to get our special order items done right.

Refrigerator not working, problems with wipers not turning off POOR. We had our coach there 3 separate times for the same problems and they were never fixed. The last time we brought it there we had an appointment for a specific day and time and when we showed up they told us that we could get it back in perhaps 3-4 days. I was told that they had to prep some new high end coaches that were just purchased and they needed to get them ready for delivery and they were more important than appointments that were previously scheduled. Guess their only interested in selling units not working on them! We had multiple problems including refrigerator that didn't work and windshield wipers that either wouldn't stop or would stop and not start again. They worked on all the problems 3 separate times. Never fixed any of the problems. The last time they finally put in a new refrigerator and claimed to have fixed all the other problems however they didn't. We drove the coach home and of course being Washington it was raining. The windshield washers weren't working. I spoke to the general manager about all this and he seemed upset but did it do anything.........no!!!!
