These guys are awesome! We had broken leafspring on our toyhauler and they went above and beyond to get us back on the road without an appointment in the same day! They recommended a place that we could pick up the parts and stayed to complete the job. With all leafsprings relpaced, we were on the road by 5pm.

Leveling jacks had locked in down position and fluid drained so that we could move vehicle from Gainesville, FL. RV then taken to Wagon Works for repair. It was decided to send jacks back to HWH Corp. to have rebuilt. I was told by Dowie that since I was prepaying he would not add any service charge to HWH's cost, and he told me it would run around $400. The jacks were sent to HWH and when ready Dowie called me and I game him a credit card number and it was not until a couple of weeks later that I found out he had charged almost $2,500 on the card. All total he charged 27 hours for a 3 hour job and $4,000 for a job that should not have cost over $900-1,000. He is a liar and unscrupulous business man. Even more upset with Chase credit card company as I have had to obtain attorney to handle the whole mess.
