I just had my oil changed (2008 Tiffin Phaeton 40') at Virginia Truck Center which is my Freightliner service folks here in the Norfolk/Va Beach area of Southeast Virginia. I have had work done there before. A couple of FL recalls and a couple of warranties jobs . They have been GREAT to work with the service manager is Richard and the other fellow is Clearance both very nice guys. Anyway Recall FL569B was the brake pedal thing they put in a c-clamp/assembly, changed the oil and grease job oil filter and both fuel filters(437.49). Part of their service is to check the motor mounts, they were loose and could not be retorqued so they called FL and were told to replace them. Two mounts four isolators, nuts and bolts all under warranty. Can't say enough good things about the service. Very good work. This was not my first time there. Had other recall work done by them and was happy with the work done.
