I have been conversing with Sue via email for the past several days trying to locate a part for my Holiday Rambler Endeavor motorhome. Despite the fact that the part was obsolete Sue went above and beyond in her assistance to me. She even found a service that could repair my circuit board and was able to get me a phone number for them. Sue could have been like other parts people I talked to and stopped trying to help me after finding out that the part was obsolete. Fortunately she was tenacious in finding a solution to my problem. It's folks like Sue that restore my faith in humanity.

Base Plate, lighting, and brake system installed on toad. Brake indicator light installed on motorhome. Work was performed on schedule and very well done.
Class A - Diesel

Slide out was leaking and one A/C was not working. Slide out adjusted - does not leak now. A/C: A Dometic service tech told me I needed a new A/C (at a recent rally). Veurinks checked it out and found it only need a reversing switch. Switch replaced at much less cost and now it works fine.
