No power to any house system or generator. Despite being very busy they put a tech on the problem immediately. Two hours later they found all the house ground wires were corroded and falling apart. He replaced the grounds and we were on our way. Great service and very smart and friendly tech.

Purchased a used m/h with the contingency of getting the fluids changed. Took over 2 months to get work completed. Kept getting the too busy to get started answer. Then Universal claimed they sent it to another smaller service center. learned later they did nothing but lie. They never did anything ! I took the unit into the smaller service center with questions and he denied doing any work on the rig. Universal could not produce any paper work on the work they claim they had someone else do. I was lied to and cheated. I learned to never go into their business again. There was no work done on my unit, only the lies about sending it out to have another service provider do the work.
