Various warranty claims and some upgrade modifications. EMS install, fresh water expansion tank, repeated failed attempts to repair stereo/TV. Terrible service and customer relations. Tech broke mounting brackets on TV and stereo. He couldn't figure out how to remove them. All trailer maintenance/owner manuals disappeared while in their care. Clothing left in the trailer disappeared after having been in their shop. Service manager repeatedly blamed me for his staffs screw ups. EMS installed, circuit breaker panel fell out of wall after. Stereo repairs by them, after 4 attempts, I abandoned their shop, contacted trailer warranty representative and went elsewhere.
