Install patio electric awning using original roller tube and fabric with new Carefree Colorado "Eclipse power awning arms upgrade" kit. Super! We were visiting in town when our obsolete model awning was damaged. They got arms upgrade kit in very quickly. Then the service department quickly got us in and got the install done. I remained at the dealership and watched a good bit of the process. When unexpected problems were encountered in wiring the new setup, they took extra care to do things right. We would not hesitate to return to Tyler RV Center!

Replaced slide topper and repair leak under topper. Replace rear air conditioner (factory warranty). Repair electric step. Wind noise at entry door. Excellent in every way! Service Manager Mark Beck and his crew completed our repairs quickly, efficiently, and effectively. They did what they promised in regards to timing and pricing. Moreover they did it all with smiles and handshakes all around. It is no wonder they came to us highly recommended by our RV Park Manager. In the future, we will hold all repairs until we can return to Tyler RV.

Our water pump just quit. My sweetheart is very mechanically inclined. He checked the fuse on the water pumps line and it was OK. Turns out there were 2 fuses. The second fuse wasn't visible. We are full timers and were heading to Tyler. I just found them listed on the internet and hoped for the best. I called and spoke to Charlie the service manager he said they were booked up but to come on in and he would work us in. We were certainly grateful. When we arrived, we were greeted by Karen who was very helpful and called Darren the Technician. Darren checked a couple of things and said there are 2 fuses for the pump. The 2nd fuse was burned out. We were on the road in no time. We were headed to a campground just a few miles away. The following day I brought everyone muffins. We were very appreciative of their honest work as they were appreciative of the muffins. I have their business card for the next time we pass through this area. It's nice to know there are trustworthy RV Service Centers that you can have confidence in.
