The lower part of the refrigerator in our sixteen year old 5th wheel stopped properly cooling when we were on our way from Amarillo, TX to Chama, NM. When in Chama, we called Two Bears after talking with friends there who had used their service. Brian answered and had us check several things that might get the refrigerator working again since the refrigerator freezer was not having a problem. He tried to save us the cost of his two-hour trip from Santa Fe. Since a replacement unit was extremely expensive, we chose to get a new cooling unit. When Brian removed the refrigerator from the cabinet, the entire back of the unit was a thick layer of ice. It took quite a while to remove the ice & the old cooling unit. After installation was completed, he stayed a while to be certain the new unit would automatically switch from electricity to gas and back. When given the bill, Brian did not charge the normal amount for the additional time required to complete the replacement. His bill was almost the same as the estimate that included parts, labor, & travel. We recommend Brian at Two Bears because he handles repairs in a professional way and is frank about repair choices & costs.

The locking mechanism on my door was not working and you couldn't open it from the inside or outside. (I ultimately got it open from the inside, with great difficulty.) He took the door panel off and saw, after analyzing the situation (which I always appreciate), that a cable had slipped out of its clamp and needed to be reseated. Danny was very friendly, and even showed me what he was doing, and went through his thought process with me. It didn't take him long to figure out the problem and repair it. His price was very reasonable.
