I have done all phases of Towable RV construction from chassis to final finish, including management systems testing and quality control.     I attempted to make an appointment with these people to work on my RV. I was asking questions about what all they work on as they don't show this on their website. I gave them a list of items needing service. I made an appointment to take the RV in. I asked if they could provide estimates for the various items I wanted worked on and anything they found that needed worked on. I asked for estimates to be put in writing. Their response was: Good morning Al. Maybe I didn't make myself clear. We will NOT do anything with your coach, especially inspections, testing, service, etc. if you're going to decide after we've worked on it that it costs too much. At this time I am taking you off the schedule. We will NOT be working on your rv.
