Windshield wipers goofed up; motor does not move wiper blades. Diagnosed frozen motor; ordered new motor from factory and installed it next day...and kept me abreast of what was going on.

Air leaks, air condition, steering gearbox, vibration at 55mph, Allison leaking fluid. I agree the service used to be very bad in mid 2003 due to the Service Manager at the time, even the truckers were having problems with him and he disliked RVs. He has since been let go and the service has done a turn around. Last time in I was handled in a expeditious manner and the problems were repaired the first time. Complete turn around and I did not even have to get with FL to get Transwest to order parts for my coach.

The air conditioning system on our six-month old motor home went out and I called Transwest three weeks ahead of when I was scheduled to be passing through Grand Junction. They scheduled me to come in to have the air conditioning fixed and also to get an oil and filter change three weeks later. After leaving the motorhome all day, I went back and was told that the air conditioner had not been repaired because their air conditioner specialist had a dental appointment that morning. By the time he got back, it was after closing time for the motorhome manufacturer on the east coast, so he could not get authorization to repair the unit. I asked why, having the appointment on the books three weeks earlier, they did not notify me of the specialists dental appointment, or why he could not schedule it in the afternoon so he could have contacted the east coast manufacturer in the morning. They just shrugged their shoulders. Very, very poor customer service and attitude. I will not be back.
