Replace galley ceiling vent fan. Repair drivers side sun shade. This company was recommended to me by the park manager and was told the service call fee would be waived since they were based out of the park. Replaced vent fan and it was wired incorrectly. The out setting blows in and the in setting blows out. The sun shade goes down when the up button is pressed and vise versa. The worker refused to waive the service call fee. I contacted the owner he said he would refund it to my credit card. Never did and I had to go to the bank to try to fix the over charge. The worker was gruff and somewhat rude. Would not return to fix the wiring issue.
