        Travel Trailer

I was having trouble with an on-board generator on my travel trailer last year and took it to this Frazers RV. They ended up talking me into buying a new $3000 generator stating that it would be cheaper than repairing my generator. I ran the new generator about an hour and put it away for the winter. I went to use it this summer and the generator wouldn't run, so I took it back to Frazers RV to get it checked out and repaired. After two weeks, the Service Manager calls me, tells me he can't/won't fix the generator because they are no longer a Generac authorized dealer and that I will have to haul my RV to Knoxville, IA to have it repaired. They didn't even offer to assist me to contact Generac and work out the situation. They got their money and felt no further obligation to assist me. Dealership will not stand behind the products they sell. They also took 2 weeks to finally tell me that they wouldn't service my generator....further wasting my time. When I asked the Service Manager to allow me to talk to the overall dealership manager on the phone, he refused my request. Avoid this dealer at all costs.

I had some damaged trim that I had repaired on my travel trailer and also some electrical issues that were covered under warranty. The faulty GFCI outlet was finally repaired after numerous calls to the dealership and four times bringing the camper back to have it looked at again and again and again. I had to get the manufacturer of the camper involved to finally resolve the issue. When the issue was finally resolved they neglected to call me and tell me it was finished. I am now facing another warranty claim and have decided to visit another dealer after having heard nothing from the so called service department at this dealership. One would think that since we payed cash for new camper that the after sale service would be better. I would NEVER recommend this dealership for service or sales. It seems to me that the only thing that matters to this dealership is your money.

        5th Wheel Trailer

Ordered a new Cardinal 5th Wheel camper in November, received at dealer in January, performed PDI and picked it up Saturday 11 March (they agreed to store till I wanted it). What a great experience! Knowledgeable sales staff (Gene), good price (Terry), paper work went through flawlessly (Brian), PDI was great (Bill), hitch/brake controller installed as promised, and picked up with instructions on operation of each. Recommend this dealership to anyone interested in great RV's with great service. Doug
