I have had several interactions with Billy and his staff with positive results each time. They are a pleasure to work with and especially in less than optimal situations. They make sure you are taken care of properly. I highly recommend them. I would rate them higher if possible.

We needed our AquaHot system serviced and our King Dome satellite wouldn't work. Billy Adams and David, the service tech, were fabulous. They worked us in, as we full-time and were trying to get to our kids for the holidays. They contacted the companies and got answers, as well as getting things repaired. We will definitely stop here again!!

Spring shackles were placed in the wrong place from the factory. Lippert came to Amarillo to make repairs about 3 yaers ago. I found a tire not wearing correctly, and took unit to Staters. Billy found they only did half of the work that needed to be done under warranty. It caused the spring to be compressed, and tore up the MorRide as well as excessive wear on all pins, and other parts of the springs. Billy immediately contacted MorRide and discovered they had a update kit. It is a wet kit, and everything is much thicker. They got the proper plans from MorRide so everything would be welded back in proper place. Extended warranty took care of all the bill but $100.00 and 25.00 in freight. They have worked on this trailer many times. The work is excellent and everybody is very friendly

I was having problems with my brakes on my Fleetwood Bounder. I stopped in to see if I could get the brakes serviced. They were very busy but Billy, the service manager, took the time to call around until he found a shop that would be able to inspect the brakes for us. He helped saved our vacation. They may not have turned the wrench on my coach but they provided a great service to me and my family by helping to resolve our issue within the time frame I needed it resolve. With Billy's help my family and I were back on the road by noon the next day.
