Rear bedroom slide would not work.. We called and talked to Dan.. We arrived at 12:30, he met us and started on the slide right away. Found the problem and we were on our way. We would use them again. Thanks Dan!!!! Great!

Install new Black water valve unit. Correct Kitchen Slide angle $262.29 to replace valve. Without new handle. No resolve for the slide issue. No charge for this. Seemed excessive $$ and took 3/4 of the day to complete.

Delivery and warranty work on new Teton The wouldn't conform any to my schedule despite my driving many miles to be there. Left a copious amount of dirt throughout the trailer. No clean-up from work done. Mis-wired my truck twice. Lost my warranty book and couldn't replace one, I had to go to the factory for a replacement. Missed two options I ordered on the trailer and then had to refund me the price because they now couldn't install them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STALKUPS.
