I dropped off my 2008 National Pacifica Class A Diesel the day before yesterday to fix a rather large punch list of items on my rig. Both guys there seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. They said it would take a couple of weeks to fix everything and a couple of days to get an estimates back to me. So far so good and based on previous feedback from above these guys are the go to guys. This is my first rig and I'm excited about finding and working with knowledgeable and honest mechanics like these guys are. I'm really looking forward to seeing my rig once everything is done!! More to follow once I get the rig back.

Had issues with inverter output and erratic electrical issues. Also, the front step motor was not working properly. Have all service performed at SW RV. They worked with inverter manufacture and warranty company to resolve all issues flawlessly. Erratic electrical problem was due to faulty ground wire connection that was found by SW technicians and resolved most electrical problems. Scott and Phil are very honest and will work with you to fix the problem without fear of being ripped-off. Often they will actually fix things without just replacing with new OEM parts and can save you a bundle. I was referred to SW RV by a friend and have been using them for several years without any complaint. They do all my service and repair.

Furnace quit on new Tiffin Allegro. As always, Scott and the folks did a great job. I have had other work done in the past, best place you can go and people you can trust. Dealers butcher up everything, Southwest fixes what dealers mess up. Go to SW!

Jacks & Generator Top Notch, Excellent.. Great team of Guys who give great service, communication and deliver on time. My generator was actually worked on in 2009 and the Jacks in October 2010. Facility is located in Ross, Ohio but the mailing Address is Fairfield, OH

My inverter gave up the ghost under extended warranty. They diagnosed the problem, sent it out for repair and had it done in 4 days. Performed a few additional minor repairs. Great communication, work done as promised and on time. Clean and professional

Punch list items the selling dealer wouldn't or couldn't perform. Slide repair, awning repair, hydraulic leveling jacks repair and other minor things. Got everything done in a timely fashion and kept me abreast of status consistently.
