Changed my oil and filter on engine other little things. Paid for top oil got store brand, added a quart of radiator fluid charged for the gallon, first time back since bought 3 months before. Slow not pro. PAID FOR FIRST CLASS GOT SECOND make sure you get what you expect.

Off-door slide would not retract. The coach is a brand they carry and the work was covered by warranty. Even though they were busy and I didn't buy my coach from them, they had a technician look at the problem promptly while I waited. They properly diagnosed and fixed the problem on the spot, which was caused by loose slide motor mounting bolts. Very satisfied with the level of expertise shown and the way I was treated. Will return for future service needs.

New BriteTek roof installed. Fixed radius corners on Fleetwood Bounder. The radius was pulled down and fastened, but the roof is not glued down. The roof has many wrinkles in it. The service department says that is as good as they can get it. Did not offer to fix it. Install AC ducts incorrectly and had to return to have them fixed. Parts missing on awning. Satellite dish installed incorrectly. I fixed the satellite dish myself and the parts are still missing from my awning. I would not recommend this service center to anyone.
