The bedroom lights were not working. Scotty's service person told us they had experience with the systems in our coach and could fix it. They had it a week. When we picked up the coach we were handed the keys after paying the bill and told the coach was parked in the lot. After we found our unit we discovered the house batteries had been allowed to run down, the steering wheel was extended upward and pushed towards the windshield, driver's seat pushed as far back as possible, and the generator would not start. When we asked for help the service person was obviously annoyed. The bedroom light panel had been replaced but the light still did not work. Less then two hundred miles after picking up the coach we found that not only did the bedroom lights still not work but also both heat pumps, three air conditioners and four slides failed. All worked before leaving the coach for service. The physical condition of the coach and attitude of the service person when we were at Scotty's made us decide there was no point in returning. We drove 700 miles to the motorhome factory service center where the problem was fixed in less then two hours. It was a loose connection.

Replaced wet bay floor - Tiffin Recall, installed new MCD shade, minor bodywork. Services were performed in a very prompt, efficient, and professional manner. Technicians were meticulous, knowledgeable, and paid close attention to detail. Office personnel were also efficient, professional, friendly and accommodating. A very positive experience overall.

Replaced a defective window. Replaced peeling decals. Adjusted entry door. Even though Scotty's Camper Sales hadn't sold us our Cameo fifth wheel, they stepped up and performed this warranty work for us. Wonderful people who do great work!

I had recently purchased a Tiffin Allegro Bus 42QRP and after having a variety of issues on my first and maiden voyage, I set up a day for general servicing. Although they are a small dealer and have almost constant sales and repair traffic, they attended to my coach promptly, kept me informed of the progress and took care of all my needs. This is the 2nd RV I have purchased from Scotty's and they handle the issues with the first RV the same. I am quite pleased with their attention to detail and all the repairs that they did. Everything was done as if the motorhome belonged to them personally.
