Ball joint replacement. I called Scott's to get a front end alignment because my tire had severe wear. They promptly got me in and diagnosed the problem as worn out ball joints. They ordered parts from Spartan who had them on back order and would not receive them until 30 June. This would delay repairs until after the 4th of July weekend. I made alternate plans for our trip and low and behold Vicki called me on 24 June informing me they received the ball joints and to schedule me for repairs to be completed the following Tuesday. Through the efforts of Scott, Vicky and Sue in parts we were on our way in short order. I had work done by these same people at another facility that is no longer in business and they were great then and are even better now. Work was completed satisfactorily and at a reasonable price.
