Troubleshoot slide operation, determine bad gearbox, accurately describe problem and probable manufacturer response. Replace stripped slide gearbox in a timely manner, extremely competent and businesslike. Nominal charges for a one and half hour job, including two trips to the RV Park. I can highly recommend him.
