Delivery of 2002 Flagstaff 26DS. Dealer Prep and WD Hitch & Dual Cam Sway Control installation. The service took a full day, since all parts were not available at delivery. We had to wait for the delivery of a second system to get sufficient parts. This was the first they ever installed. The trailer had not been cleaned indicated by the dealer at time of sale. That work had to be done while we waited, only after we declared our dis-satisfaction. The dealer blamed us for not noting the deficiency earlier in the process. The trailer was inspected by us on our own recognizance, since no one from the dealership offered to explain or prep us for the unit. Thank God for a conscientious Service Manager. He is the only reason we completed the sale. We will not be returning. Work was acceptable. Dealership is poorly operated and NOT recommended for service or sales.
