I would not recommend this service. Undependable, won't call back, and eventually quit on the job before he ever started. He needs to retire and do something he is passionate about because he no longer has an interest in satisfying customers.

Eric operates a mobile service in the Louisville KY area. He is extremely friendly, easy to communicate with and so very helpful. We needed Onan generator service which he was unable to do however he answered so many questions and was a wonderful moral support at a stressful time of need. He is prompt and very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. His rates are competitive and he is very approachable.

Repaired A/C and refrigerator. Another repairman came by to tell me I needed a new cooling unit in the refrigerator---$1400. I called Eric and he said it would cost $750 for a cooling unit. When he looked at it, we didn't need a cooling unit it was just an air flow problem. The insulation fell off the top of the refrigerator and blocked the outside air vent. He also repaired our A/C in extreme heat and was prompt and professional.
