Called in the morning at 9 am because our hydraulic hose broke. They answered immediately and said they would come to our RV between 1-4. They called before they came and were here at 1:30. By 6 pm the repair was complete including the new parts that were necessary. Very friendly and knew what they were doing. Would highly recommend them!

We called about a problem with our generator. He was able to troubleshoot the problem and helped us over the phone. Thanks for the great service!! Our only cost was a phone call!!

Repairs to A/C Units RV Express is a rip-off, after spending over $600 for various electronic control boards and numerous service call trips, missed appointments, and delays A/C Units still did not work. After trouble shooting A/C issue myself, found that temperature sensor was bad, ordered $20 part from factory and installed myself. A/C's now work fine. By no means use RV Express Service - Lupe De La Rosa for any mobile RV repairs unless you want to be ripped-off.
