Replaced slide wiper seal, adjusted bound up MCD day shade, and fixed battery charge line. We had an appointment for the day the service work was done. The techs got right on the work as scheduled. All the work was completed in a timely manner and a fair price. Everyone was very friendly and displayed a positive attitude. The work accomplished was excellent. I highly recommend RV Corral if you need service.

We had a major leak from our solar panel installation. They had to redo the roof seal for the cables and tear out the bedroom, clean out the mold and then put it back together again. Biggest hassle was working with the insurance company. The work we thought was completed in good order, regrettably when we got to Tiffin's headquarters in Red Bay, AL, we found there was a problem with the ceiling in the bedroom not being correctly repaired. The service tech here said that it appears that when the ceiling was removed that somehow one of the aluminum ceiling supports had been twisted. He was able to repair but not fix the ceiling. He glued and braced the ceiling up so hopefully it will stay up and not catch on our slide. We had called the service manager at RV Corral about the problem and asked him to talk to the rep here at Tiffin and hopefully we could come to a satisfactory solution. He spoke to the representative yesterday and when I called him today the service manager said he would not stand behind their work. He said there was no way they could have bent the ?steel? support beam and they would not participate in the 2.5 hr. repair of their work. When I talked to the service manager I did not know that the beam was not ?steel?, as the service manager represented, but aluminum which does bend much easier. The service manager at RV Corral said they relied on the techs from Tiffin when they undertook the work, but now the Tiffin tech does not know what he is talking about. The Tech?s manager and his boss both said RV Corral should step up to the plate.

Recalls, alignment, A/C, heater, wheel bearings, ride height, brakes and motor adjusments. I purchased a used motor home in May 2012. The salesmen and I took it for a test drive where I drove and pointed out a few issues of concern. He said they had not serviced it but would do so and that all would be corrected. After that we came to an agreement as to price. Two and a half days latter I left the lot with my motor home. I immediately noticed that two obvious issues were not fixed but I had to pick my wife up at the airport and get back to work. Before I got home the power steering line blew off and we were stranded (recall item not performed), I called the dealer who showed little interest. After $3,500 plus in repairs and recall issues taken care of by a Freightliner Service Center I have all my original issues taken care of. The RV Corral says I purchased it "as is" and it's my problem. The RV Corral of Eugene Oregon epitomizes the worst of vehicle dealers.

I been from one RV shop to another trying to have a wiring problem resolved and each shop didn't mine charging me to say we can find any thing wrong. So I was at an RV Park talking to the couple parked next to me and they told me to go to the RV Corral and ask for Bart he is one of their lead techs. No matter what problem you have he can fix it. So I made a appointment and told Bart the problem I was having. What I like about him over others he listened to what I had to say. So as we started to look at the very nice high line Tiffin coaches on there lot. Within a half hour Bart came up to us and my thoughts were he is going to say there's nothing wrong. But this wasn't the case, he explained to me that my wire harness to the slide room was mounted wrong so when the slide room was extended it was pulling harness tight and across the edge of the frame and cut in to the wire causing it to short out and blow the fuse. How he found it and how fast just blew me away I looked at the hardness and there had to be 200 wires in it.Also when he was under the coach he spotted the bracket that holds the hydraulic pump was ready to fall off the frame in which he repaired and save me a very costly repair down the road. Great we have not had any problems he was not only the most experienced tech with the knowledge from end to end. He was a real pleasure to have met. In fact everyone there made us feel welcome. When it's time for us to trade up I will drive across the country and do my business with the RV Corral because of the service we received.

        Toy Hauler

Bought a new '08 Tahoe toy hauler trailer. Unit had a faulty converter, no trailer brakes, bad generator wiring and we found a dent in the siding that happened on the lot. All items were covered under factory warranty. After 4 attempts (4 trips to the repair center) the brakes, converter and generator wire were fixed. In repairing the damaged siding (dent), they have opened up multiple water leaks that they feel is not their responsibility. They will not return my calls. Now I am dealing with water damage.
