Faucet sink in the bathroom was leaking as well as the faucet in the kitchen area, brake light out, shade in the rear broke and a diesel engine leak. HORRIBLE!!! The manager lied to my face telling me that all the work had been done which none of it had been. We went to pick it up thinking it was all done and we had to wait an hour and a half in the Arizona sun for the unit to be usable. The manager had every excuse in the book and even stated that " they went through a change in management and fired two guys and it may have been doing sabotage." Sabotoge??? what else could be wrong with my unit???? Called up the owner and told him all of this and what does he do? He leaves work early to go home without calling me back when he said he would to get the issue resolved.

Replaced blackwater tank. Horrible! 2 months waiting for a tank that we could have rec'd in 1 week. RV City charged us $2,400 for a tank that cost them $160. Manufacturer agreed to pay costs but this place refused to wait for payment and held our home hostage until we paid them $2,400. Of course we didn't have $2,400, if we did, we wouldn't be living in our RV in the first place. We had no place to live, they wouldn't let us get our medication, clothes, or food until we paid them on the spot! We called our parents, they tried to pay with their VISA and RV City refused to accept. We called the Cochise County Sheriff's Department. Eventually the low lifes let my parents pay with their VISA. Now we'll be paying our parents for months. And it all was guaranteed to be paid for all along by Cameo. RV City waited until they had our RV on their lot and held it hostage. They're crooked as the day is long.

Black water tank Totally unprofessional and took an inordinate amount of time, over 2 months!!! They gave us at least a half a dozen different excuses as to why....everything from the service manager was on vacation, the part was unavailable from the manufacturer, and even told us they were just swamped and couldn't get to it. It was covered by the warranty...but they told us they couldn't wait to get reimbursed from the manufacturer so we would have to pay for it in cash and file our warranty claim with our manufacturer ourselves!!!! When all was said and done they charged is $2,400 + for a 600 part !!!! Really bad business and would not subject anyone to that type of service. Call Bondurant RV Mobile Service.

Replace missing underbelly of Jayco Designer, repair shear pin of front landing gear, overall check of 5th wheel while under warranty Excellent job, they checked things I didn't even think of checking!!

Fixed body damage done due to towing inexperience. Class A job. Took a while due to other jobs tat were ahead of me. However, the fix was done right the first time. They are always helpful whenever I need ANY kind of service done on my 5th wheel. Outstanding. Highly recommend these guys. Pricing is reasonable
