Window replacement, wall paper, window crank replacement Rick's in Miramar was the PDI for our new class A (2005 Safari). We noted several things during the PDI that needed repair. One being the double pane window above the driver's side slider. We were told one would be ordered and we would be called. After six weeks of waiting for a call I contacted Safari/Monaco and was told the window had been delivered to Rick's one week after it was ordered. I found out the window had been sitting in Rick's warehouse for five weeks. When we finally got in for repair they still needed to order the wall paper and window crank. After repeated calls, over a six month period, I gave up and went to another local warranty repair center. Everything completed within a week. As far as I know Rick's still has an open work order on us. We will not be repeat customers to Rick's.

Had several items to be done on a Due Bill when I bought the Class A. Those that were done were eventually done only after prodding. One item never fixed so I just disconnected the 'alarm sound'. Gas sending unit was never replaced (they told me they would call me when it came in. Nothing as yet.) I eventually went to Camping World in San Marcos and had the problem taken care of in a one hour appointment. Two other items, Satellite Antenna not tracking, and hot Water heater not working. After appointments at Rick's RV neither problem was resolved. Again, I had Camping World take care of each of these problems in two one hour appointments. Poor. They meant well but unable to take care of my problems.
