I reached out multiple times — February, April, May, and August — through calls, texts, and messages. Both my number and my girlfriend’s number have been blocked, so I physically can’t reach Rick anymore. I even spoke with Patrick over the phone, who said he would make a note and speak with Rick after returning from his long RV vacation — but that follow-up never happened. Justin confirmed he’s ready to fix the problem, but Rick refuses to supply the part needed for him to complete the repair. So while the tech is trying to make things right, the company itself is stonewalling everyone involved. Again, Justin still no longer works for him but he’s willing to fix his work. For them to publicly claim they “don’t have a record” of me or act like this came out of nowhere is dishonest. The screenshots I’ve attached show every attempt I made to contact them and how long I waited for a response that never came. Their so-called “professionalism and transparency” end the moment something goes wrong. I stand by every word of my review — if you value honest communication and accountability, look elsewhere. I’ve been a loyal customer of Rick and his team for nearly two years. They’ve helped me with everything from roof reseals to electrical work. But that trust has unfortunately come to an end. On February 16th, they came to fix a broken black tank valve, but brought and still knowingly installed the wrong part, my sewer cap was broken off and black duct tape was used instead of proper underbelly tape. They said they’d return to install the correct valve at no charge. On March 24th, they returned free of charge, but the new valve they bought wasn’t the right one either, or it was installed incorrectly—it won’t shut completely, and water constantly runs through. My rear bathroom is unusable, the smell and sewer flies are unbearable. It was mention to Rick and he said he will get back to me to repair. It is now October 11th. Nothing has been done. I’ve made over 15 calls, sent 3 emails, and messaged Rick multiple times on Facebook— I keep getting the loop around if I actually do get a phone call through. Patrick says “ let me see what Rick says I’ll write it down. “ Other local techs that I’ve had to use recently say they’ve been hearing similar complaints about Rick’s poor service and lack of communication. I will keep this one star review up until something happens. I would like to get a response and get this mess fixed
