Canopy repair, LP gas leak in stove repair, rotate tires/check brakes, tighten galley sink fixtures, smog certificate, generator service, roof seal check. Excellent! As the owner of a multi-state health care service organization I was "schooled" this week on quality service. Upon driving into the shop I was met by 2 service managers who took the time to listen to me and walk around and through the vehicle with me. The vehicle was bought used and the 2,000 mile drive home to Southern California produced a fix-it list. I could not be happier with the quality, service and attention to detail that Richardson's RV provided me. The price was far less than I expected. The service manager was particularly concerned with the LP leak and told me to bring the RV back immediately if I have any further alarms or concerns which meant a lot to me that they were concerned for the safety of me and my family. I will definitely return to Richardson RV when I need additional repair and service.

        Pop-up Trailer

Bought a new 2108 Starcraft trailer from Richardsons RV in Riverside CA. Like the other review on pickup of the trailer. There were several things wrong that were not fixed until I was the owner. the dealer didn't tell us until two days after we got the trailer home that the spare tire was the wrong size. I got back to them to get it replaced and explained that we could not use the trailer without a spare time. Knot, the service manager, said it would take a couple days. Today it has been seven weeks and Richardson RV in Riverside CA. still has the trailer but say they have ordered the wheel and tire. I called the Starcraft dealer and they say Richardson has not called them to replace the wheel. We have not been able to use the trailer. When I told them we could buy our own wheel and tire would they reimburse me. No they will not says the manager. So far all the problems have been fixed except the spare tire. The only thing to keep us from using the trailer hasn't been fixed. Steve Contreras the service adviser said that the whole industry is like them and I should get used to the long wait for parts. I don't understand how when buying a brand new 2007 trailer the dealership can sell you something that is broken or missing and get away with taking so long to get the (part) wheel and tire. That keeps the trailer from use. They do say I can still use it, but won't pay for any flat. I GUESS in their view its usable, without the spare? Not my family! One thing wrong with the 2007 Starcraft was, under the trailer had parts badly corroded. Looked like salt corrosion over several winters. I wanted them replaced Richardsons RV in Riverside scrapped them off and painted them black. A ripped seam in the canvas was repaired. A corroded and shredded cable, the one you crank to put the tent trailer up, is going to be fixed. An extra large pillow that belongs to another trailer (they took it back). The door was bent, that has been fixed. I called Starcraft and they say they will UPS the tire directly to me. That was four days ago. Hope it comes soon.
