5/5/2023 requested svc appointment for mid September 2023, to have brake controller installed, replace furniture with like style and color and repair HDMI cable. Got appointment confirmation for 9/18/2023. 9/8/2023, I followed up with email to reaffirm schedule and received positive response. Checked in on schedule for appointment, sit in waiting area for over 7 hours only to be called for update: furniture not ordered & tech doesn't know how to install brake controller. 4 to 6 weeks wait if we order furniture today. So much for planning!
