We had Andrew with Red Dirt Mobile Rv Repair, LLC reseal our roof. He told my husband and myself that he had a 1 year warranty on the roof. I paid him $720 expecting his work to last. Well not even 9 months later his work on my roof has already peeled off and bubbling on the entire roof. Did not even make it 9 months! I contacted Andrew and asked him to fix it or have someone else fix his mistakes or something since his customer satisfaction is his guarantee. He agreed on the phone about the 1 year warranty. Andrew said he would figure out a solution or plan and contact me back. He never called back just sent a text going back on his word, his 1 year warranty saying that he never said that. I still haven't heard back from him and I had to pay someone else to fix his shotty work. So not only am I out the $720 he took from me I am also out the cost of having it repaired correctly. I 100% DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT recommend him to any one. He won't stay true to his word, he will ghost you like you never existed, or like you were never a customer of his. Just take your money and run.
