Pop-up Trailer

Needed the power winch bolt and inline fuse replaced since they failed. The plugs do not work. The two front clamps that hold the pop up closed have failed and the top tries to open while driving. I would evaluate the work done but due to us asking challenging questions of Rangeland and receiving an unprofessional and aggressive response to our concerns, Rangeland has refused to service the warranty of the product they sold us.
Pop-up Trailer

Took my tent trailer to have a hole patched in the roof and to have it de-winterized. The hole in the roof was patched - it was an adequate job. The de-winterizing of the trailer was never done. When I contacted them and explained this there were promises made to reimburse my money - that has never been done either after a verbal agreement to send me a check and an e-mail communication promising that the check was in the mail.
5th Wheel Trailer

Rubber wiper on bottom of slide was letting water in while traveling in the rain. Took to dealer who charged me for a new wiper and installation ($178.00) Later when I checked the work it was still the old wiper and all they did was loosen three screws and pull part of the old wiper up which now is falling out as it was pulled up to far. So it is no better than before, I have purchased 3 new trailers from this dealer in the last 5 years and this is how they treat a good customer, they have now lost me as a customer. By far the worst, and then getting charged for an item they never put on.
Travel Trailer

Damage done by their employee to the RV while completing the repairs we had taken the RV in for and returned to us in that condition. Gouged the roof of trailer, tore the trim in several places, left the wall chewed up and long chunks of wood within the trailer. Left glue gobs and streaks on the counter-top. Marked up the carpet and never cleaned up. We cleaned the counters and the carpet, removed the chunks of wood. Now we can't get them to fix their damages. Will never use them again and won't recommend them to anyone.
