Warranty Work on converter and water pressure. Installation of CD Player and shower stall handles. Work was performed exactly as I expected. I explained to the service writeup people what I needed and then had a chance to explain to the Technician the same thing. The technician working on our Bounder did exactly what I wanted him to do and then some. He and the writeup people have always treated me with utmost respect and just like one of the family. We have been dealing with RnR for almost 10 years now and have never had a problem with them.

        Travel Trailer

Various items that needed to be repaired under warranty. I have taken our trailer here twice in the past year, to have warranty work done on it. Both times I have left this place wondering how they can even stay in business with the poor attitudes and rudeness every employee has. The last time I took the trailer here, I had made an appointment a month in advance, then called a week before it to confirm the date and time. When I arrived to drop the trailer off, I was told they didn't have my reservation and I would have to bring it back in a couple of months or in the spring of 2005. I told them that was not acceptable and after much arguing with the service manager they finally did take the trailer in. They called the next month to let me know it was ready for pickup. After getting the trailer home, I realized that they had not fixed anything, but listed them all as being repaired. I called the dealership, and the service manager told me that they didn't need my business and to find somewhere else to take my trailer. I contacted Fleetwood to let them know and they said they have received many complaints about this dealership/service center. I will never take my trailer back to this place or purchase an RV from them ever, and I have told all of my friends this same story. One of my friends has had trouble with them as well, and says he should have known something was up with this place by the way he was treated when he bought his new motorhome there. Everyone at R'n R RV has the attitude that you should be grateful that they are there to take your money and you shouldn't expect them to be nice about it at all or expect anything in return for your hard earned cash. That's OK though, because from now on I'll be taking my trailer and business to RV's Northwest in Spokane Washington. (See my review on them)

I have an American Coach Allegiance with a full room slide out room on the driver's side. The locking mechanism failed to engage. I called American Coach Customer Service and was referred to R'nR. When I called in I was told no appointments were available for two weeks. After explaining the problem and our travel plans, Jason gave me an appointment for 10 AM on 6/24/2010. We drove to the shop from Coeur d'Alene and arrived about an hour early. The greeter didn't have me on his list of appointments, but he quickly contacted Jason, who confirmed my appointment. Jason took our coach into the shop at about 9:15 AM. We went to Cabela's and had lunch at a nearby restaurant, even though there is a restaurant on site at R'nR. We got back to R'nR about 1 PM and had our coach back at about 1:30. All the employees I came in contact with were friendly and professional in their conduct. The price for the service was reasonable. I tried the locking mechanism twice before leaving the lot.

Aquahot system service. (Hydronic heating system) I called two weeks ahead, then the Friday before to confirm a Monday morning appointment. We drove three hours to their location the night before (Sunday) and stayed in their free campsite. The next morning we parked in a line with other RV?s waiting for the gates to be opened. I walked into their service office about 2 minutes before the 8am appointment. They had never heard of me, there wasn?t anything in their computer, nothing written down. They were now going to have to ??Fit us into?? the schedule. They also did not know if they would have the needed parts because they were not expecting us. We milled around in the waiting room, walked around the sales yard, walked around the local industrial neighborhood for the next seven hours. We also had two dogs, and no coach since it was in an area forbidden to customer access. Despite being November, it was a sunny day, so THAT helped. To their credit, they put three guys on the job and got it done. The Aquahot system has worked flawlessly since, but they need to work on their scheduling system, otherwise I would give them an excellent rating.
