When pulling in to the Portland Expo Center I didn't see a fitting sticking out from the gate post and tore a 10 inch gash in the bedroom slide about 7 feet off the ground. In addition I had a 15 inch deep scratch. They worked with my insurance seamlessly. Patched the gash and scratch. Repainted the slide and clear coated the entire slide. In a few words the job they did was basically perfect. The patch job was perfect, the paint and graphics matched perfectly. The clear coat was perfect. Very happy with the job. The result was better than I expected
