On 2nd RV we purchased from them... currently own new 31-ft Allegro gas-driven. We have used Poulsbo for 90% of our repairs and their finished work is very good. We sometimes have issues where I don't think they've tested their repairs enough before calling us to pick-up the rig, and 3 times this year I've had to wait around for several hours while they 'tweak' their install/repair... something I think they should have done before calling me to pick-up. It didn't cost extra except for my time. Summary, though is that we will continue to take our RV there because their finished work is reliable.

Warranty repairs, plus a damage repair I had heard bad about Poulsbo, but my experience has been nothing but good. All warranty repairs were done quickly and completely to my satisfaction. The damage repair was flawless and looks brand new. They handled all insurance paperwork for me. The service Manager was always helpful and never once complained about anything. They are TOP Notch in my book. Ive been treated with nothing but respect and kindness. I will most definitively recommend them.

Took my 5th wheel in for the Dometic refer recall. Recall was done properly. Service writer called and asked if I had a garage to park my trailer in. She said the rubber roof was shot. Accused me of resealing with silicone sealer. The trailer had never been worked on since new (5yrs old at the time) I told her to call the roof mfg as it would still be under warranty, then her story changed! I took my trailer home, scrubbed the roof saw where the factory had used silicone sealer on the sides above the gutters but the proper sealer was used front and rear actually going over the top of the silicone sealer. I removed the silicone and used the proper product to reseal. Touched up a couple other seams and all is well. She said there were black spots where the rubber was worn too thin showing the black backing but after washing they all disappeared, most likely surface mold. If I wasn't savvy her original scare tactic could have had me paying for a new roof!!!! Recall work done properly, Customer Requested 15 point inspection as stated on the repair order was never requested, in fact I would have appreciated them not walking on my roof!!! It's obvious they were trying to sell me a new roof until I stated it is still under warranty then they were not interested in pursuing it!

We bought our new 5th Wheel in Oct. Took it out on a maiden voyage at Christmas. The furnace went out, we had ground wires hanging down underneath one of the slides, screws popping out of the windows and one of the day shades was never hung. Terrible. They did fix the furnace. As for the ground wire, they wanted over $300 to trace that. It took them over 3 weeks to get our RV back to us. And when we went to pick it up, the blind was not hung nor the ground wire fixed. We refused to take it and told them to either fix it or keep it. The ground wire we found out was to the LP gas for the refrigerator and the blind they had to restring.
