Repaired a leak in our slide-out, recall on refrigerator, found a short in electrical that was draining our house battery. Very satisfied with everyone involved from the lady that took a our list, to the tech that did the work

The slide on my 06 Fleetwood Bounder was 3/4" out of square when it was extended. It wasn't just an eyesore but the seal didn't seal at the top of the slide. After 2 attempts at fixing it it was returned to me with the slide dropped about 1/4", the stripes no longer lined up. The young man that returned it said it was the only way they could improve it. After extending the slide at my home and finding out it was still out of align and the seals didn't seal. I contacted the dealer's Service Manager. His comment was "but you had accepted it", but then reluctantly agreed he'd contact the factory when I brought it back. With that attitude I reconsidered and decided not to let them work on my coach.
