Motor Home towed into Phoenix Automotive Center. After the problem was diagnosed they went to work. There were a number of issues. Voltage regulator was shot, ECM was burnt out, battery isolator was burnt out, fuel pump and pressure pump had to be replaced. This is the second time Stan and his crew have helped me out. When we got to Phoenix Stan was closed. So first thing Monday morning I showed up at the shop. Told Stan I needed his help again, at which point he told me to bring it in. His guys started to figure out what was wrong as Stan was on the phone calling people that had appointments and asking if they could come in at a later date. The folks in Phoenix stepped up to the plate and put off their work so Stan could get us back on the road. Every day Stan or his wife Carol would up date me on the progress. These people have been in business for 40 plus years and you can see why. I can't say enough good things about them, just that if you are ever in need of someone to help and give you an honest and fair price, with excellent quality of work, this is the place to go. If there is a higher rating than excellent they deserve it.

As it turned out the holding gear in my distributor broke. They figured it out in no time. There were a couple of other issues they dealt with as well. Stan noticed a couple of thing that would need to be looked at when I arrived home, but they could wait until then. He did only those thing that needed to be fix to assure a safe trip home. They went above and beyond the call. They fit me in right away and got me on my way. They also were not there to make as much as could off my unfortunate situation. Excellent, excellent people to do business with. If ever I have a problem with in a 100 miles of their business I will tow my motor home to them

My motor home shut down on I-5 and I had it towed to Phoenix Automotive Center, after contacting them by phone. Katrina made me feel that everything was going to be OK. The gear on my distributor had come lose after the pin holding it broke. Also the U-Joints were bad and needed to be replaced, this was noticed when they went to install the drive shaft after the towing. They then checked everything over for me. The work done was excellent. They repaired everything that needed to be done to get me home, another 600 miles. They also pointed out what should be done when I got home. They only repaired what was needed for safety and nothing more. They could have charged and don't anything as I was broken down and had no other place to go. But they chose to do the right thing and not rip off another tourist. If ever I need help and I am with in towing distance it is their shop that will get my business.
