First I bought the trailer and they delivered it to me with the black and gray tanks full and stinking and then a week later I had them look to see why the gas part of the fridge didn't work and it just needed cleaning but the service manager beat on the thermostat with a wrench and broke the electric part of it and then told me I had to pay for a new one. And I watched him do it! I still haven't got it fixed. The service department is very poor and mostly do to the service manager.

New to me motorhome bought from them. I had a list of a dozen items that needed repair. This is an VERY busy repair shop!! The techs seemed very conscientious, but VERY busy. They completed all the repairs, but not in the time promised. In fairness, they had replaced the service manager during the time they had my motorhome in for repair. Hopefully the new service manager will be more organized in scheduling work. They had the tech who did the repairs go through each item on my list. While I wasn't happy that it wasn't done in the time frame promised, they did a good job in completing all the repairs.

Replaced starter Was in nearby RV Park. After request on Monday morning, they sent mechanic to RV space, identified problem, and removed and replaced starter in same day. Was on road next day. Reasonable cost.

Install tow plate on new vehicle & connect wiring between coach & toad They installed and completed the wiring on very short notice, I was impressed with the shop & their attitudes. This a new shop and they are all ready very busy, they are also next door to the Riverside Casino RV Park
