Had ac A/C issue on a year old Dometic unit. Bought my Minnie Winnie 400 miles away and can’t get it up there before next scheduled trip. Called Northshore and Autumn said they would get me in as a “fit in”. 10 days later unit was checked out and replaced. Totally pleased with their work and their customer service. They are now my RV service center. Thank you.

Gary at Northshore RV Repairs was a God send for us! We were camping for a family reunion and the first night, when we set up, we found that our AC was not working in our NEW camper! We were referred to Northshore RV and contacted them. I texted at 6:00 AM and within a few minutes I received a call back! Gary was so accommodating and fit our needs into his already busy schedule and he had our camper ice cold in no time! He was very honest and super helpful! I will drive past multiple RV repair businesses and use Northshore RV Repair every time! He is well worth the hour drive for me! His honesty and compassion are second to none!!! We checked into Abita Springs Resort yesterday and my main sofa slide went out a foot and stopped almost making our RV unusable. We called several RV repair facilities with no luck being so close to the Christmas holiday, but then got ahold of Northshore RV Repairs! Not only did Gary promptly answer the service call onsite(even though his sister was in the hospital giving birth) but he had the failed slide-gearbox with him in his mobile unit and repairs were made within an hour... and we are happy campers again! He and his assistant were very courteous and professional and I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of repairs!

I have used Northshore RV on several occasions: repair power to slide out mechanism; replace slideout awnings, replace refrigerator roof cap, and to trace TV coax cables. All of the work was done professionally and promptly at a fair price.

Repaired leak in water line to ice maker. Performed the recall fix on the Dometic refrigerator. Excellent. Very polite and punctual. I will not hesitate to use his service in the future. I have recommended him to everyone I have come in contact with at the campgrounds in our area.

Gary has done several jobs on my fiver and has always done excellent and quick work of all the tasks. He doesn't stand around but rather is always busy. He has yet to find a problem that he hasn't found the cause of. I will continue to use him whenever I have a need. Excellent

The slides were squeaking and 2 day/night shades had to be replaced. Gary does RV repair and warranty work on site. He does charge a service call, but it is well worth paying to not have my RV sitting on a dealers lot for months at a time. He will also go to a campground if there is a problem within his service area. I highly recommend Northshore RV Repair.
