Repair a/c that was installed in April by All Around Mobile RV Service in Pahrump, NV. Our new a/c never worked properly and this was the hottest summer in Michigan history. We contacted Rachel at Nordstrom RV Service and she checked it out and determined that the duct work going to the front of the 5th wheel was 95% blocked with tin foil, etc. She removed the blockage, screwed the front and rear duct work to the wood and then taped both openings with an aluminum tape. Her work was extremely professional and we were amazed at the difference in the performance of our new air conditioner.
