Replaced cracked windshield, repaired: bedroom slide mechanism, vibrating air conditioner, power cord separating from plug. Excellent service, performed in a professional manner, at a very reasonable cost.

Warranty repairs: Compartment door not latching, galley slide out of adj, dash squeaking, front furnace burner cutting out early, two indicator lights burned out, and driving light filled with water. The work was performed in a professional manner, on time as promised; all the items noted were repaired.

Bedroom slide failed to fully extend. Gear Kit installed. Excellent, service was handled in a professional manner by the Service Adviser, Nancy Kidman. Unit was diagnosed and repaired on time. The outstanding service provided by the Perris Service Center is a major reason we continue to purchase National RV vehicles.

Install Bedroom Window Awning Went to nationally known RV supply house to have window awnings installed was informed that the space over the bedroom window was too small for an awning. Went to the manufacturer's service center and was told no problem in having the installation made. Parts ordered and returned and the awning was professionally installed in an hour. At NRV the staff is outstanding and very customer friendly.
