Rear Camera was intermittent and generator was leaking diesel. They discovered that the camera cable was damaged near the monitor. They cut the cable and attached new connectors. The problem has not recurred. They contacted ALFA and with them diagnosed the leak. They repaired it (damaged hose) and problem has not recurred. They do warranty work and based on my experience they are friendly, honest and knowledgeable (if they don't know they will say so and try to get some technical advise. They also offer on site repair which can be a real advantage when you are camping in the area. They also told me that the company is new since mid 2006 and they are trying to overcome some of their past bad experiences.

Major work was required to the engine & generator to make my vehicle road-worthy due to a bad dealer in Missoula, Montana. Mountain Vista found the source of the engine kill & other engine problems as well as the cause of the generator's sporadic work & no-work. They replaced an 18" x 24" dry rot wall piece with stained paneling. They found two leaky gas lines & replaced them. An add that I requested was installation of a backup camera. They constantly kept me 'in the loop' of what was going on. You are treated as family or at the very least a valued customer. These folks are so awesome! Now, due to their great care on my 1991, 31' Bounder, I'll drive away with confidence that the engine will not die on me & my generator works as designed. I highly recommend them.

To repair a slide-out that had a stripped gear and would, therefore, not go in or out. I would strongly recommend you stay away from this repair facility. We found them to be less than honest, kept promising that work would be done with no action. All in all a very negative experience.
