Replace washer/dryer and fresh water pump. The owner John is very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff was very nice as well. They supplied the parts and allowed me to do the install. A very good experience!

A/C, water pump, plumbing, electrical, annual service on refer and water heater, and more. I had done an earlier review of this company on 09/25/2007 and I am now responding to the negative review of 06/16/08. The company is suffering mightily because of the recession. The owner, John, is worried that it may not survive. I noticed many differences this year; there are no new rigs on the lot, no sales staff, new service manager, service tech staff reduced from about 6 to 3 persons, no warranty manager. EVERYONE is depressed, anxious, and overworked. In spite of all this, they performed the same quality service that I have grown to expect from them over the years. I will definitely go back there for service. JUST DON'T EXPECT ANYONE TO BE CHEERFUL UNTIL THE RECESSION IS OVER.

Slide, mirrors, water heater, refer, jacks Will never go back! Not even for free. Easy appointment, they have no business, very hostile environment for no reason. Completed the requested work which was so unprofessional I had to have 1/2 redone. Everyone very angry at the shop. It was weird, in fact, it is scary there and the wife offered to leave in the car and meet me down the road to hook-up there.

(1) Refer on propane operation repair (electric OK) (2) No air from RV dashboard Heat/AC vents (3) Check fuel pump whine in fuel tank (1) Cleaned burner (2) Repaired vacuum leak/disconnected (3) No Problem --All whine Felt all was sincerely honest "secure" feeling to return with confidence. Also, well stocked/good size store with great prices.

Miscellaneous warranty work and modifications on new fiver purchased elsewhere including plumbing, propane odor, brake adjustments, secure loose cabinet to wall, adjustments to cabinet doors, slide out adjustment. I have had several good experiences with this company over a period of 6 years. Excellent warranty manager. Quick and accurate diagnosis; excellent work. Very observant and thorough. They found and repaired a broken spring hanger that I was unaware of. On another occasion with an older trailer, they notified me of tread separations that I was not aware of.
