Had some engine service done. Also had them service the brakes and a few other minor checks. Excellent. Had Isaac as the tech. Really competent and friendly about explaining what he was doing. Smaller shop than factory. Could not be happier. Will definitely return.

Purchased a used DP from this firm. The service department had done a comeplete evaluation of all the systems and performed all the service items I would possibly need for the upcoming year, including new batteries. After the sale, I requested some unusual extras to be installed, and they did an excellent job. Besides installing a third roof A/C, they upgraded the TVs to new flat screens with new Blu-Ray DVDs and a new automatic HD satellite antenna. To accommodate the new TVs, they had to do some significant cabinet work, which turned out very well. They also installed a new Blue Ox towbar and the baseplate and hookup prep for our Chevy HHR toad. I was very impressed with the can-do attitude of these folks. They accommodated all of my unusual requests and handled expertly the sophisticated TV/satellite antenna installation and the cabinetry work. They gave the impression that such was quite routine for them. Everyone we encountered was very friendly, accommodating and professional. Amazing for a small-town enterprise.

Purchase used 5 year old (less than 39,000 miles) Foretravel from Motorhomes of Texas and they did much more than a "standard" PDI on this coach. Every filter inside & out was changed. Eight new Koni Adjustable shocks all the way around (just one was bad). New house batteries, six new Michelin XZA-3 LRH tires). Re-wired connections for my tow vehicle including running a new air line from Motorhome to tow car. Full service on the Transmission Full service on the Rear End Full service on the Aqua-Hot Full service on the Cummins Engine Fixed leak around galley Moen faucet Replaced several burnt out light bulbs Fixed water drips around base of Refrigerator Replaced defective soap dispenser in water bay Fixed sticking drawers and Joey Bed Replaced (5 button) Comfort Control switch because A/C would not run properly in bedroom area Sealed & repainted front step where rust was found Replaced CO2 detector as it was working erratically Replace Velcro strip that holds night window shades when closed Several compartment doors needed adjustment and mechanism replaced Replaced sender unit for dash fuel gauge Air pressure gauges re-calibrated Fixed leak in toilet (flush ball valve defective) Fixed leak on the Black Water tank Replaced Air Dryer (for air brakes & leveling system) Replaced broken Microwave Exhaust Louver Paid extra to do the following: Swapped Engine Fire Extinguisher Relocate Seat Belt Drivers side Swap Wilson External Cell-phone Antenna Swap EMS Power controller Install new flat screen TV & make cabinet modifications (also re-wired & mounted DirecTV PVR and sound system with external cooling fan) Install manual drain (in place of defective electric ones) & add a 3rd drain valve at the end of the 8-foot sewer pipe for added protection Install a doorbell at front entrance Relocate Toilet Paper Holder Install water shutoff valve between under sink water filter & ice-maker Install new triple head outside mirrors and rewire accordingly Replaced all three tank level sensors to work with Silverleaf. I was more impressed about the quality of workmanship and willingness of service personnel who actually listened to my requests than any RV service facility that I've EVER been to in over 10 years of RVing. They didn't break more things than what they were scheduled to repair/replace -- a very refreshing and formidable way to do business IMHO. I would go back in a heartbeat to get ANY and all service done on ANY make of Class A motorhome--although I love my new to me Foretravel. (1st Foretravel owned out of four Class A's)
