I needed the Dometic refrigerator safety recall upgrade installed on my 12V / 120 VAC refrigerator/freezer. Factory upgrade kit was installed and tested fully. Operation was explained clearly. Larry also answered questions I had about the HWH winter bypass. I was never shown this when we purchased it from the dealer in Quartzite, AZ. I am very satisfied with Larry's skill and tech explanations...

Traced electrical problem in inverter side of coach. All work was done over the phone. Solved the problem. Excellent knowledge of electrical system and inverter. Walked me through, tracing the electricity and isolated it to the RV park power pole.

Larry rebuilt my RV refrigerator and when it did not function properly he reordered the necessary part and reinstalled it at no charge. Larry's work is excellent and he shows up on time. He also stands behind his work and made sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend his services.

Replaced gear box in living room slide-out motor. Larry Williams, sole proprietor, was at our site exactly when he said he would be there, diagnosed the problem quickly, and removed the motor to order a replacement gear box. He returned at the time promised and completed the repair efficiently and adjusted the slide out to move in and out equally on both sides. Great, great service!

While hooked up to good 50 amp service I overloaded circuit and blew all power except water heater and inverter. All breakers where OK so I was lost. Called and spoke to a service rep who walked me through the problem and was able to solve it over the phone. A circuit breaker on the inverter pass-through that needed resetting. No charge. They saved me a trip to a shop or a service call that would have taken much time. The rep I spoke with was very knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to use them should I need repairs in the future.

Replaced bad 12 volt batteries, installed another 12 volt battery under passenger seat. Installed pure sine wave 1500 watt inverter. Installed thermostatic fan on back of refrigerator. Installed voltage monitor panel, and installed charge wizard monitor. Larry has done work for me before, his work is excellent, his prices reasonable, and a fun person to know.
