Our black water tank valve was stuck open without a hose attached so we had quite an emergency and vacation wrecking problem since our tanks needed to be emptied. No one I called would help if they even called back EXCEPT FOR MIKE. He came out promptly and was able to fix it (what a nasty situation to deal with), kept his great sense of humor, and showed us his how to avoid the problem in the future. HE ABSOLUTELY SAVED OUR VACATION. We can't thank him enough and are in his debt.
