        1. Reseal roof caulk per Fleetwood recall. 2. Repair engine compartment light switch. 3. Repair grey water tank monitor - broken wire. 4. Repair right rear leveler jack check valve. 5. Repair front curtain track. 6. Repair ground fault in 110V circuitry. This coach was purchased at this facility. Setting up the appointment and all work was completed as promised in a professional manner. Extra effort was expended to track down and repair the ground fault. It was caused by a wood screw shorting the common side of one circuit to ground. All work was performed on warranty.

Bought new Southwind 37C asked them to install a glass lighted handle in the entry door before we picked up the new coach. Handle was left with screws sticking out, they scratched the paint in the locations, they drilled holes in the wrong location and left them, panel inside the door was left loose. I brought the coach back to rectify the damage done by them and the Coach stood in the yard for with no work being done until a called them 4 times a day and personally went there. The scratches and holes are still there, un-repaired.

Purchased a new Hitchhiker and returned it for minor warranty work. It took two weeks and when I was told the work was done, it was not. I returned two times and three weeks later I returned and the work was still not finished. The repairs were very minor and Mike Thompson's' was more interested in making money on the non-warranty repairs not their purchasing customers. This was not the first time, I had two other contacts and all of them were very bad. I will not recommend Mike Thompson to any body and I will not return. Very Poor. Not done as promised. Numerous complaints about their service department. They don't care about their buying customers.

        Toy Hauler

When we bought our NRG toyhauler, our first trip out was an awful experience. We were unable to pump gas out of box. After spending countless hours on the phone with the service tech, cutting wires & attempting to get the pump operating, we failed & left mid trip back home. We were led to believe the entire unit was replaced but recently found out only a few parts were actually replaced. Despite the fact there was a recall and 2 yrs later it still does not operate, we can't get Mike Thompson, the manufacturer or our extended warranty company Western General to assist us. The transfer switch has failed, again no assistance and no coverage. We showed up to pick up our unit to which they claimed it was fixed. All labor was costing us $150.00. It's a good thing we checked it before we left because it was still not working. Shall we include the fact that they not only left huge smears of grease, oil and fingerprints on my inside walls but also on my mattress. My list of issues goes on and on and on. It's unfortunate but am glad to take my service elsewhere and will spread the word as well. The quality of service is awful, cleanliness does not exist. Coverage, what coverage, a call back for further assistance will never happen. At least not from Mike Thompson. I am in the process of getting ready to upgrade to a larger unit and I can guarantee it will NOT be a product from Mike Thompson.

Warranty work performed on a Tiffin Allegro which included several items such as slideout repair, shower stall realignment, water pump problem, interior lights not working, window seals needing replaced. Other work included standard maintenance items such as lube, oil and filter change, along with standard service check list items. To begin with Max Baddeley, Service Advisor, contacted me on a regular basis, via phone, with service updates. When dropping off the coach, we agreed on a completion date and MTRV lived up to the date to the day. All work was done as requested for both the warranty work and non- warranty service work. I would highly recommend this dealership at this location and will continue to use this shop for our service needs in the future.
