We had a bunch of nuisance things under warranty, as well as a problem with the park break not releasing. They require an appointment. It is always 2 -3 weeks away. Then they give you a "promise" date. You call AFTER that date and they haven't even looked at the rig yet. And when you finally get it back 30 days later they didn't even fix it all so you start all over again. Even more maddening is that they became a Camping World but they run it as a separate entity, if you are a "Camping World customer" you have priority in the service bays, so how do become one? Totally agree with other reviewer, they never answer phone, are totally understaffed, the staff they have is simply not qualified to do the tasks. It was absolutely disgraceful. Needless to say we will never purchase another thing from Camping World there or have any other maintenance or repairs done.

Warranty repair for delamination on roof. Brought trailer in so they could take pictures of defect to get approval for repair from manufactured. Had me come in TWO more times because they kept losing the pictures. Have left dozens of messages on voice mail asking for updates (they won't actually answer the phone other than the receptionist). No calls have ever been returned since buying the RV. This warranty claim has been going on for 6 months now and I can't even get confirmation if they've filed it with the manufacturer yet.

Warranty work on new motorhome purchased out of state. On both occasions the work was completed without further complications with the repaired items. Good warranty department for contacts with manufactures.

NEVER GOT WORK DONE THERE THIS TIME BUT DID TAKE IT IS FOR WARRANTY WORK LAST YEAR. THEY ALSO HAVE A REQUIRED TIME THAT YOU MUST PICK UP RV, IF NOT PICKED UP IN THAT TIME FRAME, THEY CHARGE YOU A STORAGE FEE. WHEN I WAS THERE LAST IT WAS 24 HOURS. CANNOT DROP RV OFF AFTER HOURS, HAVE TO MISS WORK TO DROP OFF RV FOR SERVICE. WAIT TIME FOR AN APPOINTMENT IS 3 WEEKS. VALERIE IS SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS VERY UNFRIENDLY. SHE TOLD ME NOT THEY TRY AND DROP OFF AT ANY OTHER TIME BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T WANT TO CHEW MY ASS OUT.

Repair leveling system, repair power passenger seat, replace defective exterior mirrors. None of the items mentioned above were actually repaired. It is back there again for the fourth time. I bought it from them on July 12, 2006. it was sold to me as a new coach. I found out later from the manufacturer (Fleetwood) that it was in fact used by Meyers for shows. Fleetwood claims to have delivered it to Meyers with 500 miles, but Meyers sold it to me with 1600 miles on it. They told me that it is normal to have that type of mileage on it because the coaches are driven from the place of manufacture to the dealer. Fleetwood says this is untrue, and has denied me certain repairs under warranty. Meyers has refused to cover these issues either. My true opinion of this place is as follows: They are totally incompetent. They are majorly understaffed. Their shop is not equipped with the right equipment to get the job done. They bill the manufacturer for work that they haven't actually performed. They advertise sale prices for coaches that they don't really have just to get you to call them. They sell older models and claim them to be current year models. After a sale is made, they can care less about a customer.
