We took our RV here for some minor fixes, along with the transmission. My husband noticed at the time that almost everyone who worked there did not have masks on. He told them that we needed the RV back on 12/28. We heard nothing from them for over a week, so my husband started texting 12/27 and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. He was finally able to call and get ahold of someone on 12/29 and he was told that everyone was out due to a Covid outbreak. At that time the person was unable to tell him if any of the work was done. He called back again and that person told him that none of the work was done. So our RV sat there for 1-2 weeks and no one bothered to call to tell us that there were issues. Then when my husband went today to picky the rig up, no one had masks on again - WITH AN ACTIVE OUTBREAK. It cost us $120 in Ubers for him to take it there and pick it up for absolutely nothing…not even any communication from Metro that it was unable to be worked on. The absolute worst customer service and completely irresponsible behavior.

Took RV in for work, it was charged for but, wasn't done. However the storage compartments were rifled & all electrical adapters (and other small stuff) taken. Management would do nothing about any of it. They said they were not responsible for repairs that went wrong (they didn't 'go wrong', they just weren't done!) and we couldn't 'prove' that the missing accessory parts were missing. They offered 3% discount on new items from their over priced store. Missing items were 3 months old! Very poor!!!

Break recall, inspection, fluid flush, oil change and lube job. Real pros, job well done.

Generator repairs, body work and black tank replacement. Over the years, misc maintenance and several accessory purchases. All excellent and priced fairly.
