Brad and Ray at McClain’s Sanger are two of the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly guys you will ever meet. I had a minor issue with my 5th wheels lithium solar batteries and both men immediately responded to my call. I was given solid advice about correcting my issue and they spent time communicating with me and not rushing at all. They stuck with me until my problem was resolved which included a follow up call. I bought my 5th wheel over a year ago from McClain’s and this company really does stick to their promise of being there for you like family. I can’t express enough how much I appreciate the dedication this RV company has for its customers. If you looking for repairs, upgrades or purchase this is the place to go!

Dometic refrigerator annual maintenance. Arrived at the campground Sunday evening. Monday morning before noon the maintenance was completed quickly and more thoroughly than other techs have done. Reasonable price and fast service!
